Mackksaray Macksa is a mixed media artist from Leimert Park, South Central Los Angeles.

Their work fuses painting, sculpture, and found materials to explore the intersections of Black culture, history, and contemporary pop narratives. Through self-exploration and experimentation, Macksa’s practice challenges how we see and preserve Black essence in art.
